With the rapid development of high-tech and manufacturing industry in the global competition intensifies,the production and processing mode of traditional factories is no longer suitable for the tide of modern industrial construction.Taking Industry 4.0 in Germany and Made in China 2025 as goals,enterprises generally carried out the construction of intelligent workshop.As an important part of CIMS,the Manufacturing Execution System(MES)plays an important role in the production process.Flexible Job-shop Scheduling Problem(FJSP)is not only a research hotspot of manufacturing system but also a typical NP-hard problem,its research has certain theoretical and practical significance.The scheduling task is to determine the processing path,completion time and the operation of the machine of each element according to production objectives and constraints.It can achieve efficient and flexible production.As one of the most important swarm intelligence algorithms.Genetic Algorithm(GA)has been widely studied in scheduling problems.Gray Wolf Algorithm(GWO)is a new swarm intelligence algorithm proposed by Mirjalili et al in 2014,which is based on the rank of wolves and hunting mechanism,through processes of the gray wolves tracking,hunting,surrounding and attacking preys to achieve the aim of optimization.It can be used in a series of engineering problems.Grey wolf hierarchy and hunting optimization mechanism apply to the selection operation of genetic algorithm in this paper,which enhances the diversity of groups and the ability of global search.Then it forms the mixed genetic Grey Wolf algorithm(GAGWO)and apply it in scheduling problems of the job shop.Efficient intelligent optimization algorithm has a significant effect on complex combined optimization problems.The simulation results show that the mixed genetic Gray Wolf algorithm has high convergence speed and precision in the process of optimization.Firstly this paper analyzes the implementation situation and the difficulties of MES system in the domestic and foreign.It puts forward the overall design of MES system for project requirement and system implementation,including system architecture,system structure,software architecture,which are described in detail.This paper studies a system for assembly industry of automobile parts with equipment,material,quality,output and newspaper,which is centered on production scheduling problem,based on data acquisition and complemented by monitoring and display system of board.Secondly,by using the shop scheduling as an example,it expounds three kinds of algorithm design,including encoding,initialization,fitness function and algorithm flow to make the comparison and analysis of the simulation results.Finally the development version system is put into the factory production workshop to operate,and form the MES integration system.The MES system can achieve the goals of visualizating production status,tracking the process back and continuing to improve production management,it promote the intelligent workshop construction process and shows a good practical value.
