In China,construction enterprises are the leading industries and basic industries of industrialization and urbanization as well as the pillar industries of the national economy.Their management capability directly affects the efficiency of supervision by relevant government departments and the market competitiveness of construction enterprises.Construction enterprises have absorbed foreign advanced technologies,equipment and materials by China's openness for decades,but their management still has problems such as project management experience,the solidification of internal business operations and the quick success of corporate goals.Under the impact of the big data era,the construction industry has gradually accumulated a large amount of data,but its data is loose and data utilization is not high.Under the background of the data being promoted to the national strategic level,how to apply big data technology to improve the efficiency,precision and competitiveness of construction enterprise management is an important issue facing the government management departments of construction enterprises.Aiming at the needs of data analysis in the field of construction enterprise management,this paper studies several technical challenges in the field of data analysis technology in the field of construction enterprise management with the theme of “Application Research of Data Analysis Technology in Construction Enterprise Management”.Solve the problem of large-scale data,representation of value information in the context of data polymorphism(knowledge graph modeling),calculation(data processing framework introducing big data technology)and application(intelligence retrieval and reasoning based on knowledge graph).The main research contents include:(1)Research and analyze the current situation of data analysis technology and system in the field of construction enterprise management,and construct a “Building Enterprise Management Big Data Application Framework Based on Knowledge Graph”.The application framework is aimed at multi-source heterogeneous and polymorphic information fusion of data.,interconnection and other issues,from the system architecture to introduce big data technology to deal with large-scale,multi-state data,non-intrusive access technology to achieve cross-system information interoperability,using knowledge graph technology to achieve polymorphic data association,integration,knowledge construction and service;(2)Introduce knowledge graph technology to solve the problem of association and fusion caused by data polymorphism in the field of building management,and study the construction and service methods of construction enterprise management knowledge from the technical method level.This paper proposes a construction enterprise knowledge map construction and service method.By extracting and integrating all kinds of information in the construction enterprise supervision field,it constructs a building enterprise management knowledge graph and supports business applications through knowledge retrieval and service.(3)The software prototype is realized in this basic design,and the research results of this paper are verified.It shows that the technical research results in this paper can better solve the problem of information fusion and application caused by large-scale data and polymorphism in the field of construction enterprise supervision.
