A Practical Study On The Legal News Program "Go Turn Change"

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has put forward the "four comprehensive" strategic layout,and comprehensively administering the country according to law is one of them.Through the window of the legal news program,the implementation of a comprehensive law-based governance,from the "legal state" to the "rule of law" process,the news propaganda work plays a pivotal role.As a TV legal news program to publicize legal knowledge and convey the belief in the rule of law,the "Police Online" program of Xinyu radio and television station developed initially in 2009 and then became increasingly prosperous.It has been rated as provincial excellent TV program for many times and has been deeply loved by local citizens since it was launched ten years ago.In the context of the central media to the local media to carry out the activities of "go turn change",the "Police Online" column responded to the call of the Party Central Committee and combined the concept of "go turn change" with the production of columns in the production process.In an attempt to improve the broadcast quality of the program through "go turn change",the social influence will be enhanced in the new paradox.This article takes the "Police Online" column produced by the author in Xinyu Radio and Television Station of Jiangxi Province as the research object.From the perspective of news business,it is studied how to carry out the "go turn change" activity in the production process,and explore a legal news program.The road to "go turn change." This article first interprets the "go turn change" activities,and summarizes its connotation,significance and activities.Secondly,it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of carrying out the "go turn change" activity in the "Police Online" column.Through the case analysis method again,it analyzes the practical application of the "go turn change" activity in the column report,and summarizes the actual operation method of the "Police online" column in the process of "go turn change".Finally,combined with the classic theory of journalism and communication--"Knowledge Gap Theory" and the theory of social responsibility,this paper studies the report effect and social evaluation after the "go turn change" activity of the column,and puts forward the "go turn change" activity in the legal news.The normalization application strategy in the program provides a reference method for the column to continue the "go turn change" activity and other legal news programs of the same type to carry out the "go turn change" activity,and promote the "go turn change" activity to further implement.
