With the advent of the data age,data has become a strategic asset for manufacturing companies,and tapping the value of data has become an urgent business need for today's manufacturing companies.At present,the data analysis system of manufacturing enterprises has the problem that the data analysis chain is broken and the centralized service nodes are easily falsified.The system cannot guide the intelligent operation and production of manufacturing enterprises in a timely,safe and reliable manner.The data integration and analysis platform based on blockchain technology can solve the above problems.This paper mainly does the following research work.This paper studies the data integration and analysis platform based on blockchain technology,and analyzes the blockchain technology to solve the data integration scheme.The inherent characteristics of the decoupling and non-tamperability of the blockchain ensure the secure storage and sharing of data,and solve the problem of data analysis chain breakage and data tampering.With the blockchain architecture Fabric,the overall architecture and related management modules of the data integration and analysis platform are designed in detail.The related modules include node management module,account book management module,intelligent contract management module,metadata management module,business data upload module,and business data query module.In order to improve the efficiency of requesting information processing by data integration and analysis platform based on blockchain technology,this paper designs a new consensus mechanism.On the basis of the practical Byzantine(PBFT)consensus algorithm,the consistency protocol is improved,the client feedback mechanism is added,and the reputation integral attribute is added to each node in the network,the load pressure of the main node is reduced,and the probability of error of the master node is reduced.Thereby improving the processing performance of the data integration and analysis platform.The feasibility of the algorithm is verified by comparison with the PBFT consensus algorithm.Finally,this paper combines the above module design and improved consensus algorithm to realize the data integration and analysis platform based on blockchain technology,and store and share the data of each stage of data analysis in the shared account book of blockchain.Quickly process request information with a consensus mechanism to achieve a secure,reliable,and efficient data integration and analysis platform.Figure 47,table 7,and 60 references.
