With the application of high technology in various fields,network communication has been widely introduced to the closed-loop control system,forming a new network control system(NCS).The existence of NCS can bring many advantages to engineering application,but at the same time,the introduction of network also causes the loss of data packets and the delay of signal transmission in the control system,leading to the deterioration of the network system.At present,the research on this method mainly combines the steady time delay and packet loss.There is no systematic theory for the modeling and analysis of the nonlinear discrete T-S fuzzy controller and observer with this kind of problem.In this paper,using discrete T-S fuzzy model,a controller design and analysis method for a class of nonlinear systems with time-varying delays and data packet dropouts is proposed,and the observer modeling and analysis of nonlinear discrete systems are discussed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)The control problem of observable discrete TS fuzzy systems with time-varying delays and data loss is studied.The independent variables satisfying the Bernoulli distribution are used to describe the controlled objects to controllers and slaves.From the packet loss process between the device and the actuator,the Cauchy-Schwartz form inequality is introduced to establish the stability condition of the nonlinear discrete system with time-delay packet loss.2)The fuzzy observer modeling and analysis for discrete nonlinear systems with time-varying delays and data loss is studied.For the untestable system,an observer system with time-delay packet loss is established,and Bernoulli distribution is used to describe the random loss of data packets.At the same time,two uncertainties with time-varying delay and data loss are considered.Based on the new finite difference inequalities of Abelian lemma and Weildinger,the stability conditions of nonlinear discrete systems with time-varying delays and data loss are established.All the examples in this paper are implemented in MATLAB 2015,including MATLAB SIMULINK and MATLAB YALMIP toolbox.The simulation results show that the controller and observer algorithms introduced in this paper are feasible.
