The Internet is an effective tool for people to obtain information.With the rapid growth of network information resources,the problems of “information overload” and “information fascination” are becoming more and more serious.How to get the information that is really needed quickly and efficiently from a large amount of network information has become a huge problem in the network age.In this context,by using the idea of the neighborhood system,this paper analyzes the social circle and the process of information dissemination in the social circle.A method of information push and mining based on the time-varying neighborhood system is proposed in this paper.Firstly,in order to analyze the social circle of object,the concepts of fuzzy neighborhood and fuzzy neighborhood system are suggested.The social circle formed by object which has a certain relationship with the object is regarded as the fuzzy neighborhood of the object under the corresponding relationship.Considering that each object has different social roles and one role has a corresponding social circle,all fuzzy neighborhoods of the object are regarded as the fuzzy neighborhood system of the object.Considering the complexity and time-variability of the relationship between objects,the time-varying process of the fuzzy neighborhood of object relationship is studied.Considering that information can be carried by an object and spread in its different neighborhood,the concept of neighborhood chain is suggested.It is used to describe the communication mode of information in social circle.In order to determine the best push and the best mining channel,the concepts of energy resistance and energy pressure are suggested,and the rules for determining the best push and the best mining channel are proposed.For the determination of the optimal push channel,based on the idea of minimizing information loss in the process of information dissemination,the principle of minimizing channel energy resistance as the optimal push channel is proposed.Considering comprehensively the factors that affect information loss,people are the carrier of information dissemination.The relationship between people affects the process of information dissemination.From the perspective of trust relationship and difference,this paper uses heterogeneity to measure the difference between people.And a model of trust is suggested to measure the strength of trust relationship.Topological potential is introduced to measure the influence of human influence on information transmission process.Combined trust,heterogeneity and topological potential,the concept of energy resistance is proposed.Energy resistance can be used to quantify the fluency of information dissemination between people.The relationship between people has a wide application value in the era of big data.Due to the complexity and time-varying of this relationship,it is not well applied to information push and mining and the wider aspects.However,the trust relationship between people is relatively stable and is not easily interfered by external factors.Therefore,this paper attempts to establish a trust system analysis model.And it is used to analyze the time-varying process of trust relationship between people.Based on the idea that people seek the maximum information source when they obtain information,the principle of determining the best mining channel that the maximum energy pressure of the channel is the optimal mining channel is proposed.The energy pressure of the channel measures the amount of information required by objects on the neighborhood chain.Finally,according to the method of searching for the best push channel suggested in this paper,the best push channel is determined by the data in the information push data set.And the best push channel is analyzed from the actual data,which verifies the rationality of the best push channel.Thus the effectiveness of this method is verified.
