| The primary network of LaiGang energy exists the shortage, such as the laggard technology of measuring instrument, the laggard communication mode of serial port RS-232, the laggard Dos operating system, the faulty report forms, no achieving intelligence balance and remote configuration of the running instrument data, and can't recover automatically from the diagnosis function, the enlargement ability of the system is not enough, the dada of the LaiGang energy net can not shared completely. In order to meet the need of the enlargement of the production scale and the quickening of the production rhythm, Laigang began to establish an energy measuring information network system at the end of 2003, and exploiture a new system toward the original shortage.It deviate the original system from the network structure to hardware and software design,to locale construct.Laigang energy measuring information network system adopts two-class network structure. The networks of the first class (L1) are in each subsidiary factory which can be divided into a lot of separate data-gathering networks and are made up of RS-485 bus network. Covered every subsidiary factories of Laigang, they gather the data of oil, water, electricity, gas and vapor of the whole factory and transmit data of the main power consume amount of production process and the important production parameters (such as difference pressure, pressure , temperature) to the server of the energy network. The networks of the second class (L2) are formed by the key networks of the compute management information system in Laigang whose transmission medium is optic fiber. They can carry one g-bits data per second in the key network, and one m-bits data per second to the computer.
