With the improvement of global information application,intelligent IT operation and maintenance management platform has become the focus of investment for Internet enterprises.The platform are covered by a large amount of data and information,which increases the difficulty of operation and maintenance management.In order to solve the platform alarms as soon as possible,then the enterprise knowledge sharing platform is established,a knowledge document management system based on text information is designed.The system can not only save resources for enterprises,but also transform tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge for storage and utilization.Therefore,the main purpose is to design and implement the development requirements of knowledge document management system in this paper.Firstly,aiming at the problem of insufficient utilization of text information in knowledge documents,the document format is studied and analyzed,and the parsing module of knowledge documents is designed.The scheme of PDF document parsing based on Stream stream and storage file format(OLE)document parsing based on binary format is proposed respectively,and C language programming is carried out for functions such as text information extraction and transcoding.On this basis,the parsing results of PDF and DOC documents and the performance of module are further tested and analyzed.Secondly,aiming at the shortcomings of knowledge document security,a knowledge document security module is designed.According to keyword extraction and document encryption,TextRank keyword extraction algorithm based on multi-feature and Data Encryption Standard(DES)encryption algorithm based on text information are studied respectively.Preprocessing the extracted keywordt and then replacing them with DES key and encrypting the document.On this basis,Java language is used to program keyword extraction and document encryption,and the accuracy of keyword extraction and the performance of document encryption are tested and analyzed.Finally,aiming at the low-efficiency of knowledge document retrieval,Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency(TF-IDF)algorithm is improved from three aspects: word frequency,document length and word location.The sorting algorithm of vector space model based on TF-IDF is studied,and it is sorted according to the weight values of documents.On this basis,the knowledge document management system is embedded in the intelligent IT operation and maintenance management platform,and the function,performance and retrieval sorting accuracy of the embedded system are tested and analyzed.
