The Analysis And Design Of Financial Infomation Intelligent Search System For IPO Document

An IPO document is a set of documents that a company needs to prepare to go public.The relevant laws and regulations are the basis and criterion of capital market business practitioners.And the enterprise credit is the capital market practitioners to do an IPO to see the enterprise or individual credit.The number of IPO related document number is huge,released in hundreds websites,the file format from the web pages is also different,such as PDF,Word,Excel,etc.So it is time-consuming,laborious to find relevant information and data and also very easy to miss information.This system is designed to help workers to find relevant information and data rapidly,timely and accurate to greatly improve the work efficiency and improve the quality of work.This paper applies Elasticsearch,crawler technology,PDF form extraction technology,TF-IDF keyword extraction technology,Python language to design and analyze a system that can provide financial information search when editing IPO documents.Firstly,the system requirements of the entire financial information intelligent search system are analyzed.The functional requirements include law and regulation retrieval database and credit due diligence retrieval database and data paraser,showing by use case diagram and activity diagram.In profile design part,the system structure and database is designed,also showing the entity relationship diagram.In the detailed design,the class diagram describes the system relationship between class and class,the sequence diagram and flowchart of dynamic modeling,showing the relationship between the invocation of the class.Besides,the paper also shows the database table and field names,enumerating the meaning of related fields.In addition,the paper introduced the detailed design of each module.In the implementation part,the internal logic of the system implementation is explained in detail.In the chapter of system deployment and testing,this paper presents two parts of functional test cases including test modules:retrieval of laws and regulations,and retrieval of credit due diligence information.Then,in subsequent chapters,the deployment environment of the entire system and the final running results are described,showing the final user interface.Finally,this paper summarizes the author's work achievements during this project,points out the theoretical innovation and practical innovation,and puts forward further improvement direction and future prospects.
