E-commerce adoption has been much discussed in management information technology and technological innovation literature.The adoption of e-commerce has been widely analyzed in various studies.Thus the study examines the adoption of ecommerce in Rwanda by developing the Technological Acceptance Model(TAM)to explain the challenges that Rwandese face in users' perception.E-commerce offers opportunities to dramatically improve the way that businesses interact with both their customers and suppliers,to make business negotiations faster,cheaper,more personalized and more responsive.Adoption of e-commerce in Rwanda is worth exploring to understand the various factors that affect the actual use of e-commerce.The study reviewed existing literature on Actual use and E-commerce adoption.The literature confirms that there is a relationship between the two.This research has been guided by the Technological acceptance model and the researcher found it's important to include some moderating factors thus social-cultural condition and Geographical condition into the study.It also employed a quantitative method,where primary data used in this research.The primary data was collected through a questionnaire survey of 200 respondents selected randomly.The data was later analyzed by STATA14.1 and both correlation and linear regression analysis were used to derive on appropriate results of this research.
