Aiming at the problems of high power consumption,single function,low maturity of flexible sensing elements,low accuracy of gait data and low frequency of user interaction in the wearable intelligent sport shoes integration system at present,this subject conducts research on key technologies such as flexible piezoresistive power sensor composite technology,force sensing sensor and MEMS nine-axis motion sensing data fusion,WeChat hardware platform access and the like,designs and develops a wearable WeChat interconnected composite sensing intelligent shoe system,and accesses WeChat hardware platform.The front end and the back end of the user interaction webpage are built to realize real-time output and display of multiple motion parameters such as step frequency,motion distance,energy consumption,human posture,jumping condition,Foot stress condition and the others.In order to achieve the above research objectives,this thesis mainly carries out research work from the following five aspects:Device performance analysis and composite sensing integrated hardware circuit design: prepare and compare pressure resistance sensor with round electrode and interdigital electrodes structure,select force sensor,MEMS multi-axis motion sensor and main control chip that meet system requirements,and design,weld and debug composite sensing integrated hardware prototype.Composite calibration of flexible piezoresistive power sensor: Aiming at the problems of zero drift and poor dynamic performance of piezoresistive sensor,the calibration algorithm of piezoresistive sensor for zero and high frequency response is studied.Fusion attitude analysis of composite force sensitive sensor and nine-axis motion sensor: The data fusion algorithm of accelerometer,gyroscope and magnetometer in composite force sensitive sensor and nine-axis sensor is studied,thus obtaining richer and more accurate human motion parameter output.WeChat hardware platform access: The hardware terminal configures the characteristics of Bluetooth wireless transmission service through the AirSync protocolto realize the connection between the hardware and WeChat.The application terminal connects the Wechat Official Account HTML5 webpage,the background server and WeChat data channel through the device access interface protocol and JSAPI.Wechat Official Account HTML5 front-end interface design: The front-end of Wechat Official Account HTML5 web page is divided into four modules for interface design,namely,motion recording,human posture,sole stress and user settings,so as to realize real-time dynamic display of multi-parameter human motion data and provide good interactive experience for users.The wearable WeChat interconnected composite sensing intelligent shoe system designed in this thesis has the advantages of low power consumption,rich functions,small zero drift,good dynamic performance and high data accuracy.By accessing WeChat hardware platform,it can directly interact with equipment on the Wechat Official Account page without application installation,providing convenient,fast and real-time user experience.
