The traditional transmission method does not meet the requirements of modern data communication.It requires an I/O interface designer or system designer to have a detailed and accurate understanding of the high-frequency physical effects caused by wires or interconnections.Thorough signal integrity analysis and control is achieved through simulation during the PCB design phase,saving development costs and shortening the development cycle.This thesis takes the network video camera PCB board widely used in the security industry as the research object.On the basis of learning PCB hardware circuit and transmission line theory,SIwave and ADS simulation software is used to analyze the signal integrity of key signals such as HDMI 2.0,PCI Express 2.0 and USB 3.0 in high-speed PCB.The main work is as follows:1.Based on the overall hardware application environment,the hardware architecture and hardware-related circuit design,power circuit design and related interface analysis are introduced to provide a rigorous theoretical basis for the research interface.2.According to the data transmission rate of each channel,determine the frequency sweep range of the channel extraction S parameter,the test topology and test environment settings is determined,and the simulation schematic is built.3.HDMI 2.0 simulation analysis.The influence of PCB interception on network analysis is discussed.On this basis,the effects of single-ended and differential signals on Insertion Loss are analyzed.The channel Eye Diagram is simulated and analyzed based on the role of the equalizer on the link.4.USB 3.0 simulation analysis.Simulation analysis of the transmission performance of the channel in the case of dedicated transmit/receive,general-purpose transmit/receive,CTLE equalization,and interference.5.PCI Express 2.0 simulation analysis.The role of AC coupling on PCI Express is discussed,and the impact of short link and longer link on PCI Express signal transmission is analyzed.6.On the basis of eye diagram simulation analysis,this thesis adds simulation of typical signal integrity problems,intuitive response to lossy transmission line effects,and achieves more comprehensive and in-depth signal analysis by comparing various performance indicators in the specification.At the same time,the reliability of the simulation is verified by comparing the simulated eye diagram with the measured eye diagram of each interface,and provides more reference for the quality evaluation and optimization of the network video recorder PCB board.
