Traditional home service companies rely on offline store,intermediary services are the most important means in providing servies,it is difficult to effectively control the quality of service because the lack of uniform service standards;at the same time,the information asymmetry between the user and the home service companies,it is difficult for users to obtain relevant information of the latest services provided by home service companies.The paper applies the O2O(Online to Offline)to the tranditional home service industry,design and develop an O2 O order information management system for home service industry,include: industry requirements analysis,design and implement of the software architecture.And then through the full application test,it is proved that the O2 O order management information system can effectively improve the management and control of the service quality of the industry,and enhance the user experience.In this paper,using the Internet technology and the concept of O2 O,an online order platform has been implemented.Users can use the system to check the service content and reservation of home services,convenient for users to find the services,after the completion of service user can evaluate the effect of the order,so that home services company can have a basis for evaluation.A service provider can avoid missing service orders by querying the system for real-time knowledge of the services already served and the orders that need to be served later.The backend manager uses the order system to complete the service designation and the content configuration management.The research work of this paper is as follows:1.This paper analyzes the current status of home service industry O2 O system and current mobile Internet technology that have been applied in real life.Study on the current domestic and foreign mature home service industry O2 O online platform,and draws a conclusion that most of the home service O2 O platform does not achieve multi service products free combination in one order,can not provide rich payment methods.Based on these defacts this paper presents payment controlled by rules in order to the convenient for a variety of third party payment service access system;product's design detailed into SKU(Stock Keeping Unit),the formation of specific services through the free combination of SKU,increase the flexibility of products' configuration;using Drools rule engine to achieve flexible business logic in response to changing business needs.2.The requirement of order information management system is analyzed in detail.The function modules include payment module,order modue,service product module and so on;set effective basic system architecture is designed.System uses the RESTful architectural style;the backend management system development language is Java,which has cross platform and high efficiency characteristics,basic development framework using SSM(SpringMVC + Spring + MyBatis)three-layer architecture,the memory database is introduced to reduce the database access pressure,using rule engine dynamic adjustment business rules for system,which brings more flexibility.3.The payment module,service product module and service personnel rank module are designed and implemented in detail.In the payment module comparing the characteristics of various ways of payment,by classifying the different methods of payment,payment conditions to design a set of rules,provide the necessary conditions for late payment access;service product module according to the actual characteristics of the service,SKU will use the specific service content refinement.According to the SKU property,free combination service,independent of each other at the same time,the preferential information consists of specific service items the amount of orders and generated is calculated by using the rule engine;service level module design a set of service personnel skills management system,in the face of the trigger level changes during the operation of service personnel,implementation the rule engine in the corresponding rules of dynamic adjustment of service level.4.Finally,the paper tests the order management information system comprehensively.Using JMockit as a unit test tool,Robot Framework is used as a tool for system integration testing.The performance test of the system,using JMeter,can analyze the performance of the system according to the response time of the system under differenct concurrent circumstances,and analyze the reasons that affect the performance.Through the design and function realization of the home service O2 O order system,this paper verifies the feasibility of using the Internet O2 O technology to enhance the user experience and realize the efficient operation of home service companies.The application of the system reduces the time for users to find the service,increases the direct control ability of the home service companies and improves the quality of home service comprehensively.
