In recent years,with the rapid development of the satellite in China,because of the satellite in orbit can not be repaired,so,when it is on the ground,we need a variety of equipment and testing methods to ensure the correctness of the design and performance of the satellite equipment,and these tests occurred in various stages of development and manufacturing of satellites.In order to ensure the reliability and stability of satellite communication payload,the ground test equipment naturally played an integral role in the testing.The ground test equipment of communication payload is the special equipment for testing the performance of spaceborne receiver and transmitter,whose main component is the ground stations,user terminals with the transmitter and receiver and synchronous and asynchronous interface converter.The ground test equipment can simultaneously transmit and receive signals in 4 paths.In order to test the performance of satellite's high-speed communication during the flight,the ground test equipment can simulate the doppler shift.The ground test equipment is also the source of information for the test of uplink and downlink.The ground test equipment check the bit error rate and frame loss rate of uplink and downlink through the set of software.This thesis gives the detailed design,the implementation and the key technology of each detection subsystem of the ground test equipment.And this thesis also analyzes the design requirements and the principle of the ground test equipment,which works with the serial port as the primary interface and ethernet port and aviation interfaces as assist.The architecture of the ground test equipment combines signal chip and FPGA,and then we design the related hardware and software.The ground test equipment uses the spread spectrum communication,which can simulate the information of transceiver,test various functions and performance indicators.This ground test equipment uses distributed architecture which divided into upper and lower machine.It achieves the process of datas,the design of test vector and the control algorithm through the method of hardware acquisition in the front-end and software control in the back-end.The ground test equipment also uses the TCP/IP protocol to improve the efficiency of data transmission.And the semi-automated testing improves test efficiency and reduces testing error,which will provid valuable experience and optimization ideas in the testing of large quantities of satellite payload.
