This paper, according to the important theory and key technology of LEO satellite communication system, analyzes and studies the control system of the LEO satellite ground station at length, and the hardware design and some test work of the system are implemented. The topic mainly includes: data transmission between the ground station and satellite; forecast and calculation of Doppler frequency offset and adding it to modulation and demodulation as well as realization of all types of satellite communication protocols based on AX.25 link protocol. We take advantage of the same kind of equipment and technique abroad for our research and design. The reasonable innovation is carried through in terms of the framework of its equipment. Finally, by system simulation and actual test with satellite, the system that we designed meets with the demand for satellite communication, which can receive the information from LEO satellite and control Doppler frequency offset.
