Research On Dataanalysis Method Of Network Work Record Based On Active Operation And Maintenance

The content in this topic comes from the actual service work of network operation and maintenance.As the demand for network availability continues to improve,the departmant of network management has put forward higher requirements to the service team,to further reduce the network failure rate,improve network availability,and change work mode from passive to active.The problem that the service team faces and needs to solve is how to find out the abnormal situation and hidden troubles in the network.So that the service team can take effective measures before the failure occurs.The network abnormal events can be analysed from the network record data.Currently,syslog server has been deployed by searvice team to collect and store network work record data,but it doesn't provide log analysis function and lack of log analysis method.To solve the problem,I read lots of literatures,and learned the basic theoretical knowledge and research methods.In this research,a method of network work record data analysis is introduced through in-depth analysis of syslog protocol and characteristics of abnormal event.The method can be used easily for service team in current work enviroment.The abnormal events and related devices can be found out from the network work record data,and we can also evaluate the type and the influence scope of the abnormal events.The topic carries on the verification and the summary to the analysis method by real network work records.The result of experiment shows that the research is practical,and the method is easy for service team,without adding extra labor and investment.It can help the service team to improve the existing service level and work efficiency,satisfy the active operation and maintenance work requirements.
