Design And Implementation Of Electronic Medical Record Storage System Based On Blockchain

In traditional electronic medical records systems,data is stored in a centralized mode and a trusted third party must be found.However,when the third party database once appeared questions,it will cause questions such as data privacy security eta.Using blockchain technology can reduce data privacy and security problems caused by human factors and reduce medical disputes.Besides,it can improve the development speed of the medical industry.Blockchain can store the data of different institutions uniformly on the chain through the same data format,so it can realize data security sharing across platforms and institutions.In this paper,we mainly introduces a system which can safely store and share electronic medical record data.The system can ensure the traceability and privacy of the data based on the Hyperledger Fabric which is a block chain framework.IPFS distributed storage technology is used to make up for the shortcomings of small blockchain data storage,and the use of IPFS can improve the efficiency of data storage and save the cost of system construction.Finally,CP-ABE encryption technology is used to realize data fine-granularity access control.The system realizes blockchain network and IPFS cluster in Ubuntu system and embeds CP-ABE encryption technology.In addition,we uses Java language to access control and provides users with beautiful front-end interface.Based on the blockchain technology,this system realizes the safe storage and the sharing of electronic medical record data across platforms and institutions.The existing system is centralized for the management of patients' electronic medical records,and patients have no control rights over their own electronic medical records.In this system,patients can have their own data control power over their medical records and control their access rights to their medical records.This system is an attempt to apply blockchain in the medical field,and it's a new idea which is proposed to solve the problems of difficult sharing and poor security of electronic medical records.
