At present, green communication has become an inevitable requirement for th e sustainable development of the communication industry, aiming at energy saving, emission reduction and consumption reduction. However, due to the explosive growth of mobile terminals, the traffic of communication has also risen sharply.Green communication is facing enormous challenges. In this trend,Device-to-Device Communication(D2D)technology emerges as the times require.D2 D communication is a kind of short-distance communication technology.Mobile terminals communicate directly with two clients without forwarding the base station when communicating in the way of D2 D.Introducing it into cellular network can not only improve the utilization of spectrum resources to a certain extent, but also increase the area of cell coverage and improve the throughput of the system.Especially in future communication systems,D2 D technology can reduce energy consumption. It also has tremendous advantages in improving the energy efficiency of the system. In this dissertation, the resource allocation and power control of D2 D communication are studied, and the corresponding algorithms are proposed to reduce the energy consumption of users and improve the energy efficiency of the system. The main research work is as follows:1.A resource allocation algorithm based on multi-round combined bidirectional auction is proposed for the scenario where D2 D users reuse up-link cellular user resources. In this scenario, different D2 D users can reuse the same cellular user resource at the same time.On this basis,it is assumed tha t D2 D users can use wireless resources in a paid manner and obtain appropriate transmission power.According to the signal to interference Plus Noise Ratio(SINR)and the rate,a utility function is established, aiming at the energy efficiency of the syste m.Competition relationship is introduced into the system,so that D2 D users need to pay a certain "cost" when acquiring spectrum resources. Therefore, this dissertation simulates the resource allocation problem as a commodity auction process,in which cel lular users work. For "seller",D2 D users act as "buyer" and spectrum resources act as "bidding package".Cellular users and D2 D users can achieve win-win situation by constantly adjusting resource quotation according to their own situation, which improves the energy efficiency of the whole communication system.2.For the scenario where D2 D users reuse downlink resources of cellular users,it is assumed that D2 D communication uses "many-to-many" mode, which increases the number of links and leads to increased interference complexity among users.Based on this,an algorithm for joint resource allocation and power control is proposed.Firstly,on the premise of guaranteeing the communication quality of users, the optimization problem is established with the total energy consumption of users as the objective function.Such an optimization problem is in general a mixed-integer nonlinear programing problem that is hard to solve, the original optimization problem is transformed into two sub-problems: subcarrier allocation and power optimization. The user-level resource allocation based on channel gain and power control calculation based on successive iteration optimization are proposed respectively. The method realizes the minimization of user energy consumption.
