Design And Implementation Of 'Six Defense' Special Maps Application System For Overhead Transmission Lines

Overhead transmission lines are generally located in the field and operate in the open air.Affected by the external environment,overhead transmission lines are inevitably subject to various failures during operation.How to effectively operate and maintain the transmission lines has always been an urgent problem for power companies.The operate and maintain of transmission lines could be analyzed and displayed in the form of special area thematic maps,which can better guide the design and operation of transmission lines.Therefore,an application system,which based on the special area thematic map for comprehensive display and data analysis,is needed.The design and implementation of the “Six-Defense” special maps application system are given in this paper,which include of pollution,lightning,bird damage,wind,ice and galloping.And it includes of lightning location system,GIS,and condition monitoring system and etc.The main innovative points of this thesis are shown as follows:(1)The research status of the special area thematic maps and its systems are discussed,and the requirements of construction,access and encapsulation,constraint and integration in the ”Six-Defense” special maps application system has been analyzed.(2)Overall scheme of the ”Six-Defense” special maps application system is given in this paper,including the overall architecture,technical architecture,network architecture,security architecture and hardware and software environment.(3)In addition,the details of system function design,process are given.Based on the demand of overhead transmission lines in practice,the ”Six-Defense” special maps application system has been established and tested.The ”Six-Defense” special maps application system of the transmission lines can obtain the comprehensive operation of itself and the surrounding environment through centralized monitoring and summary analysis.This characters are benefit of the power design and production,maintenance,power dispatching,etc.In addition,the system could provide information for production management,operation and maintenance of the overhead transmission lines,which will promote and improve the operation and maintenance management level of overhead transmission lines,and provide guidance and auxiliary decision-making for anti-pollution,lightning protection,bird damage-proof,wind-proof,anti-ice and anti-galloping work.
