With the development of the Internet,people are more aware of the value of data,and apply both data and data analysis to various fields.With the widespread application,data will become one of the most valuable commodities in the future.How to establish an effective data trading mechanism to ensure the maximum market efficiency in the process of trading is the basis and crucial issue in the research of data trading.The main difficulties are as follows.1)Lack of research experience.Because data transaction is a new transaction mode,unlike traditional entity transaction,data such as transaction form,modeling data and market benefit definition are seriously inadequate.2)Various trading scenarios.The real-time change of trading scenarios between buyers and sellers requires high adaptability of the model.3)Restriction of commodity attributes.There are many attributes that affect the completion of transactions,especially the data privacy,user privacy,sensitivity and other issues of online transactions,which increase the difficulty to the design of transaction model.To solve the above problems,in order to provide a fair and reasonable trading mechanism for the trading market,this paper combines the characteristics of the data itself,as well as the theory of contract and auction algorithms,studies how to optimize the market efficiency under multi-scenario trading conditions,provides a new idea for the scheme design in the data trading process,and gives a complete theoretical support.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)An optimal one-to-multi data transaction algorithm based on contract theory is proposed.In one-to-multi scenarios,the algorithm incorporates data privacy protection into transactions,and solves data privacy protection in different degrees and different pricing problems of buyers.Compared with the single price model,the proposed algorithm can make the buyer and seller more effective.The results of this algorithm are published in the Journal of JCR zone 1.(2)A multi-to-multi data transaction optimization algorithm based on auction theory is proposed.In multi-to-multi scenarios,the double auction algorithm is used to take the loss of privacy leak into account the profits of both buyers and sellers,while ensuring the utility of both buyers and sellers and the social welfare of the whole trading market.Experiments show that the algorithm can maximize social welfare.(3)Design and develop an online data trading system.The overall processing of the system is designed,and the data management module,function module and interactive display module are elaborated in detail.The one-to-multi data transaction optimization algorithm based on contract theory and multi-to-multi data transaction optimization algorithm based on auction theory are combined into the system,and the effectiveness of the system is tested.
