At present,GD Radio and TV Station has achieved extraordinary development with its unique direct marketing mode of "tailoring advertising products to customers and delivering them directly to customers",and once became the first and fastest growing media station in the world.But in recent years,with the rapid development of China's business community,the competition between radio and television advertising business is becoming more and more fierce.Faced with the complex regional market in China,facing the change of channels,the high homogeneity of products and the continuous "price war",GD Radio and TV Station needs a set of marketing strategies that can give full play to its own channel advantages and enhance brand premium space.Based on this,this paper will take GD Radio and Television Station as the research object,through the literature of the problems faced by the marketing of enterprise advertising business and related countermeasures,and according to the relevant theories of marketing,systematically analyze the marketing environment faced by GD Radio and Television Station advertising business,analyze the problems of GD Radio and Television Station itself,the problems of advertising marketing,and the marketing of GD Radio and Television Station.The situation is not optimistic,such as insufficient product quality,while the company's return customers are relatively small.When monitoring the return on investment of various media advertising channels,the marketing staff of GD radio and television stations often choose to count each channel separately,ignoring the mutual influence of each channel.GD Radio and Television Advertising has not conducted direct negotiations with competitors' publicity points,made full use of the accumulated distribution channels and market interpersonal network to cover the whole market,as well as the single and homogeneous means of business model of publicity points.According to the actual marketing situation of GD Radio and Television Station,this paper puts forward the deficiencies faced by GD Radio and Television Station and GD Satellite Television Advertising Marketing Management at present,and putsforward corresponding improvement countermeasures by analyzing the problems existing in their advertising marketing management.Develop a set of scientific local marketing strategy,through the market segmentation and marketing demand of GD Radio and TV Station,get the target market position of GD Radio and TV Station,put forward the marketing mix strategy of GD Radio and TV Station based on 4P theory,and finally put forward the advertising marketing guarantee measures of GD Radio and TV Station,provide guidance for GD Radio and TV Station to better expand the advertising business market.His radio and television advertising business brand to expand the advertising business market has a certain reference.
