External propaganda is a part of international communication,which mainly refers to the dissemination of information from the international community.The main content of foreign propaganda is “disseminating the excellent culture of the Chinese nation,introducing the development and changes of China”.External propaganda can effectively compensate for foreign activities,expand national influence,promote Chinese culture and strengthen China's diplomatic relations.The "one belt and one way" initiative is welcomed by all countries.Mongolia is one of the important peripheral countries,and according to the actual situation,the "grassland road" is put forward.It is this favorable condition that brings better opportunities to the cooperation between China and Mongolia.Because of the need of external propaganda,Inner Mongolia has always attached great importance to external propaganda work.This paper takes the important publicity media of Inner Mongolia as the research object,such as “solongo”Magazine,“solongo” Newspaper and “solongo” website,and analyses the current situation,content and form of the news center of “solongo”.Through the audience survey in Mongolia,it explores the effects of the websites of “solongo” Magazine of “solongo” Newspaper of “solongo”,and puts forward the existing problems.Suggestions.This paper consists of three parts: introduction,body(four chapters)and conclusion.In the introduction part,it summarizes the research object,the reason and significance of selecting the topic,the research purpose and the research methods.The first chapter of the main body expounds the general situation and historical development of the news centre of “solongo”,the magazine of “solongo”,the newspaper of “solongo”,the website of “solongo” and the public platform of App,microblog and microblog of the Inner Mongolia Daily News Agency,and expounds the distribution,staff and communication of the news centre of “solongo”.The second chapter uses SPSS software to analyze the content and form of 1786 reports sampled from the Magazine of “solongo” Newspaper of “solongo”.This paper makes a content analysis from the aspects of political report,economic report,cultural report and social report.This paper makes a formal analysis from the sources,topics and forms of reports.Chapter three analyses 447 audiences surveys conducted in Mongolia from the basic situation of the audiences,the situation of the audiences approaching the “solongo” media and the suggestions of the audiences.Then,it analyses the influence of “solongo” media from the aspects of introducing policies,strengthening economic relations and promoting cultural exchanges between China and Mongolia.Chapter Four evaluates and explores the “solongo” media.The advantages of “solongo” media are analyzed in terms of its rich content,standardized language and diversified forms of communication.The shortcomings are analyzed from the understanding of target audience,weak publicity effect and weak supervision.Suggestions include understanding the target audience,expanding publicity and telling Chinese stories well.In the conclusion part,the author summarizes the content of the full text and puts forward some opinions.
