With the development of information technology,information construction in various industries and fields is increasingly mature and in-depth,more and more enterprises are completing the internal information transformation work,which has also resulted in the high dependence of the enterprise on information system.The stable operation of network system and the level of service quality attract more and more attention.Because of the special market status and information security requirements of the financial industry,a multi-functional,stable and low failure rate network system needs to be considered first in the information construction.So,the planning and design of network system for financial industry need more fault-tolerant mechanism and higher ability of recovery.The purpose of this paper is to put forward a new planning and design scheme for the original network system of the commercial bank,to comb out the existing problems in the current network structure,analyze the causes of the related problems,and to solve the problems of the actual nodes through a variety of types of network technology,and then integrate them.We plan and design a network system that fits the overall needs.The previous network planning of the branch has been completed and is currently in use,so a set of network migration schemes for phase transition is set up according to the follow-up network planning.Through the analysis of the related information of the network system,the main problem of judging the branch's network system is that the network structure is too simple,lack of redundant mechanism,the shortage of network resources,and lack of effective way of resource management.According to the above problems,flexible application of dynamic routing protocol(OSPF,RIP),flow control,device thermal redundancy mechanism,network logic isolation,encryption transmission technology and reasonable IP resource allocation are used to reconstruct the original network architecture.The implementation of these network planning and design project has adopted the current mainstream network design model,combined with the current mature network products,selected the effective application,and grasped the network implementation nodes and scenes,and finally completed the implementation of the overall scheme.At present,the project has successfullypassed the trial operation period and the transition plan period,and achieved the design expectation.The nodes in the network system run smoothly,and the shortcomings and related problems in the previous network design are solved.From the perspective of follow-up improvement,we can deepen and expand the online network system from access control,desktop management,early warning and monitoring.With the use of network security technology and network security products to upgrade the network,at present,the overall network framework design could be matched with subsequent planning.
