With the continuous progress of computer technology,we can realize the convenience brought by informationization in our life.As a professional organization responsible for product quality inspection and supervision in M city,the Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of M city has invested more energy in optimizing the supervision system and improving the quality of products under supervision.At present,the automation and informatization of business processing in institutions have become an important trend in the future.The testing center has responded positively to this situation,but at the same time,there are still some problems in the current product quality testing system,such as lack of flexibility and cost control,which is the reason why the Department decided to develop a new product testing and management system.This paper first demonstrates the main content and current situation of quality testing,and discusses the research background of quality testing.Then,it discusses and analyses the possible technologies used in electrical safety testing of electronic products.In practical design,this paper sets up quality testing according to five parts: information,mail,product,quality and system,and proceeds according to the settings.Finally,the system is evaluated and analyzed according to the test results.The system uses J2 EE technology,SSH framework technology,SQL Server database technology and software engineering design ideas and other technologies and ideas to develop the electrical safety detection system for electronic products.The developed system uses B/S structure,and combines some lightweight development frameworks,such as Struts 2 and Hibernate.The main concept of the framework is to divide the system structure into three parts: data service layer,presentation layer and business logic layer.The main function modules of the system are information management,mail management,product management,product quality control management and system management.Finally,an intelligent system based on SSH architecture is designed and implemented,which effectively manages the detection of electronic products and electronic products,and provides technical support for information construction and market expansion to organize product testing capabilities.For the research,analysis,design and implementation of the whole system,we strictly follow the analysis and development concept of software engineering,comprehensively analyze the J2 EE framework,and combine the system requirements analysis and detailed design for code implementation and testing.Relying on the actual business needs,this topic has high social value after realization.After the system is deployed on line,it provides a stable and efficient data support platform for the electronic product inspection business,and provides convenient,fast,efficient and high-quality services for each party involved in the electronic product inspection business.
