With the continuous increase of the number of vehicles in the city,the demand for vehicle drivers is getting bigger and bigger.The traditional driving test system is completely judged by the test officer.There are many disadvantages such as human factors,and the test process cannot be strictly enforced.There have been many unqualified drivers who have also obtained driving licenses,which has laid a huge hidden danger for traffic safety.In order to change this situation,the traditional driving test system must be eliminated.The Ministry of Communications and the Ministry of Public Security jointly launched a series of driving test standards,and formulated a detailed test system for driving test.The new driving test system requires the full use of satellite positioning systems.Computer-aided completion of the examination process evaluation,the implementation of the examination process can be monitored,trackable,and can be play back,highlighting the fairness and rigor of the examination process.In order to satisfy the needs of the new driving test system,this paper designs and implements a vehicle driving test system based on the principle of satellite differential positioning,using E515 S satellite positioning terminal,which mainly includes two parts:monitoring center system and vehicle test process evaluation system.As the central system of the driving test system,the monitoring center system is responsible for receiving the test results of the vehicle test process evaluation system,saving the test process data and the basic information of the candidates,and uploading the test process information to the driving test management supervision platform to ensure that the test process is effective in real time.The test process can be remotely monitored,and can be reviewed after the test,to achieve the sun test,to ensure that the test process is fair,just and open.The monitoring center system is designed into several independent software,including: authentication service,photo check-in,voice call number,data management,process monitoring,and score uploading.The vehicle test process evaluation system runs on the test vehicle,guides the candidates to complete the venue and road driving test process,directly evaluates the test process electronically and automatically,and informs the test results in real time.It consists of two parts: the vehicle terminal equipment and the evaluation software.Transmission of GNSS differential positioning data by radio station,accuratepositioning of test vehicles,automatic evaluation of auxiliary examination process,communication with monitoring center system through WiFi and 4G,acquisition of candidate identification information,remote uploading of test scores,real-time return of test audio and video data,guarantee The real-time and controllability of the examination process.At the end of this paper,combined with the test data of the first half of 2018 in a test place of Qingbaijiang,Chengdu,this paper analyzes the driving test system from three aspects: test pass rate,deduction rate and error rate.The test data shows that the driving test system fully satisfies the standards of the new driving test system in terms of functionality and stability.
