In recent years,with the development of materials,microelectronics,computers and other disciplines and technology,navigation technology has been more and more widely applied to various kinds of automation equipment.The navigation mode is one of the most important navigation modes.After many years of development,the technology of magnetic navigation is becoming mature,but most of the products with excellent performance on the market are mostly from abroad and the cost is relatively high.A general magnetic navigation sensor based on linear hall element and single chip microcomputer is designed in this paper.First,the magnetic field intensity model of the rubber strip is established by the equivalent magnetic charge method,and the magnetic field distribution characteristics of the magnetic strip are analyzed.According to the distribution law of magnetic field intensity,the distribution scheme of hall element is proposed.In view of the system design,a system migration algorithm is proposed,and the current offset distance of the system is intelligently output,thus improving the application range of the system.Secondly,the hardware circuit of the system is designed.It mainly includes the introduction of circuit principle,chip selection.It also introduces how to use the software Altium Designer to draw circuit schemas and PCB diagrams,and the design process and precautions are also introduced.Then,the process of software design,the data acquisition program,the data processing program and the data output program are briefly introduced.The SPI interface is designed by software simulation and the interface of CAN and RS232 is integrated,and the system versatility is improved.Further,a system improvement scheme is proposed to improve the accuracy.The output model is established by the magnetic field model,the conversion formula of Hall element and the scheme of data fitting,and the output of the existing system is corrected.Finally,the magnetic navigation sensor system is applied to the smart car.The accuracy of the sensor is verified through experiments,and the basic parameters of the sensor are calibrated.The system navigation scheme is proposed based on the distribution of hall components.MCU outputs the position of the system intelligently to improve the navigation accuracy.By drawing the hardware circuit board,the electromagnetic interference is effectively reduced and the reliability of the system is improved.The system uses software to simulate the SPI interface a A scheme to improve the precision of the system is proposed.The experiment shows that this system can provide accurate position signal for automatic guide car with high accuracy.
