Micro-UAVs have a wide range of applications in the military and civil fields.As an important part of the entire UAV system,UAV ground monitoring stations are constantly being updated.In the small UAV monitoring,especially for its take-off and landing process of automatic tracking and monitoring is of great significance.At present,the tracking accuracy of a single GPS tracking system is limited by the GPS receiver performance,and the GPS signal attenuation has a serious impact on long-term tracking.However,a single image tracking system generally uses a target tracking algorithm based on traditional manual features.Such algorithms the robustness to complex dynamic environments is not high enough,and the tracking accuracy is easily interfered by many factors.The image tracking algorithm can only be initialized after the target video signal is obtained,and the initial search for the target can not be completed.This paper mainly studies a kind of intelligent integrated system of twoaxis PTZ cameras.The system combines GPS guidance and image tracking.First,the target is coarsely aligned by searching target UAV GPS signals and solving them then,a target tracking algorithm based on the filtering algorithm of depth convolution is used to track the target.The combination of tracking control scheme of coarse alignment and image tracking is achieved through the target GPS.Precise monitoring.Firstly,the PTZ system captures the target UAV GPS signal,completes the target search by solving the GPS signal,and makes the target UAV enter the camera field of view,and then a high-accuracy and robust image Tracking algorithm to target the UAV precision tracking,so that the target remains in the center of the field of view of the camera.The image tracking algorithm is an improvement on the traditional target tracking algorithm.The deep convolution feature is used to characterize the target and combine with the relevant filtering and tracking framework to automatically adapt to the continuous changes of the size and shape of the target.Through the fast Fourier transform and GPU acceleration To speed up the calculation speed,anti-interference ability of the algorithm is strong,can effectively solve the target deformation,the target is blocked,light intensity changes and other factors,with high tracking accuracy and real-time.Finally,this paper designs a PTZ combined control algorithm that integrates GPS-guided coarse target alignment and image target fine tracking,and builds a small UAV surveillance system hardware platform based on PTZ camera to conduct experiments.The experimental results confirm that the system has good tracking accuracy and performance of real-time.
