| The quality of cable harness wiring and assembly have a great impact on the performance and reliability of mechanical and electrical products.The traditional cable harness wiring mainly depends on worker's experience within low automation.In the whole product cycle,cable harness wiring takes long time.Also the wiring staff have workload,which makes it difficult to control the accuracy and the assembly efficiency of mechanical and electrical products.Based on the virtual prototype-based radar design and manufacture integration technology of the national defense basic scientific research project,this paper studies cable harness wiring technology.The contents mainly are:Firstly,this paper analyzes the problem of cable harness wiring and gives the mathematical description and the technical framework of it.Then this paper establishes the environment model and preprocesses the wiring space.Then it summarizes and analyzes the engineering constraints of cable harness wiring,and establishes three models of cable.Secondly,this paper proposes an adaptive ant colony algorithm based on information entropy to solve the problem of low automation and efficiency in wiring.Chaos theory and entropy theory are introduced to improve the update method of global pheromone.Then this paper uses the gravity rules to restrict the search path of ants.At last,adaptive control is applied to the parameters,which improves the searching efficiency and the authenticity of the algorithm.Thirdly,to solve the problem that the quality of cable harness wiring is difficult to control and judge,the paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation method based on artificial neural network.After analyzing the influencing factors of the cable harness wiring,the quality index system of cable harness wiring is established.Then analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used with expert scoring method to analyze the factors and obtain the result.At last the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method based on artificial neural network and AHP method are used to simulate the quality of cable harness wiring.Based on the above research results,the system of 3D cable harness wiring is developed by using CREO / TOOLKIT tools on CREO platform,which is used by China Electronics Technology Group Corporation fourteenth Institute.At last,this paper shows the system with project examples. |
