CPS(Cyber-Physical Systems)integrates advanced information technology and automatic control technologies,and builds a complex system in which the objects and elements of the physical world and information are connected and interact with each other,realizing the optimal configuration and operation of resources.The optimal choice for operation.From the application point of view,CPS covers intelligent transportation,aerospace,smart agriculture,electric power,medical and many other fields.However,the characteristics of heterogeneity and real-time of CPS system determine that modeling spatio-temporal big data in CPS needs to consider many factors and face many challenges.This paper first introduces the definition and architecture of CPS,analyzes the operation mode and operation flow of CPS from the overall structure of CPS,then introduces the concept,structure and workflow of big data,and combines the characteristics of CPS to propose a large time and space.The definition and characteristics of the data also describe the characteristics of the spatio-temporal properties of CPS.The application and development trend of CPS in the fields of intelligent transportation,induction and monitoring equipment,smart grid development and utilization,intelligent medical treatment,industrial automation and infrastructure construction are analyzed.Secondly,based on the analysis of time and space representation methods,combined with various temporal and spatial representation models,the current popular sequence snapshot model,spatio-temporal composite model,discrete grid unit list model and ESTDM are compared.And analysis,summed up their advantages and disadvantages and applicable fields,and provide ideas for establishing a new spatio-temporal data model.Then,this paper proposes a new spatiotemporal big data model combining temporal logic LTL and spatial logic BRCC-8.In this model,LTL time flow is used to represent the temporal evolution of physical objects,and BRCC-8 is used to describe the change of spatial position to form a new spatio-temporal big data model,which is used to represent physical objects over time.And the feasibility analysis is carried out by using the space-time analysis method..Spatial information and its changes.The formula representation and formal description of the new spatiotemporal Petri net are also proposed based on the basic Petri net.Finally,in the subway CPS,the working principle and basic structure of the train anti-collision warning system are analyzed.By introducing the mathematical formula of the train safety distance,the train safety distance warning level is constructed.Then the model analysis of the trains in the system is carried out,and then the timespace Petri net is used to model the train anti-collision warning system in the subway CPS,and the specific meanings of each library,transition and token in the Petri net are defined.It also uses the proposed new spatio-temporal big data model to analyze its temporal and spatial characteristics,with emphasis on the change of time and spatial position information of the train during operation.
