With the development of national economic construction and national defense construction,the application of strapdown inertial navigation system is increasingly widespread.The IMU composed of gyroscope and accelerometer is the core unit of inertial navigation system,and its working performance is closely related to the accuracy of inertial navigation system.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the performance and error mechanism of inertial components such as gyroscopes and accelerometers to further improve the accuracy of inertial navigation systems.Fiber optic gyro and quartz flexible accelerometer were selected as the research object in the study.Firstly,under the laboratory conditions,the performance index of the inertia component's zero-bias stability was tested.The relevant experiments and data were designed for calculation and analysis to judge the performance of inertial components.Then,based on the output of the inertial component in the static environment,the error is modeled and the model parameters are calibrated at the component level.the design rate test is used to identify the error parameters of the fiber optic gyro component,and the position test identifies the error parameters of the quartz flexurometer component.Secondly,in the position test,in view of the deficiency of the traditional six-position method,the error of the accelerometer is determined by the 24 fixed-point method.Finally,the temperature error model of quartz flexible accelerometer is established by stepwise regression analysis,and its model parameters are identified.The experimental results show that the rate test and the position test based on the 24 fixed point method can accurately calibrate the scale factor error,installation error and zero offset error of the inertial component.It improves the accuracy of the inertial navigation system.While stepwise regression analysis is used in the temperature test,the established quartz flexible accelerometer temperature error model is accurate.After the software is compensated at the same time,the influence of temperature on the accelerometer is eliminated,which has high engineering significance and practical value.
