Performance Optimization Research Of Bank's Foreign Exchange Capital Supervision System

With the FED began raising interest rates,the dollar gradually strengthened,causing China's capital outflows,foreign exchange reserves reduces and forms devaluation pressure.In order to ensure the stability of the RMB exchange rate,the State Administration of Foreign Exchange has paid more and more attention to the foreign exchange supervision,requires higher and higher timeliness of the report.As the main body of foreign exchange transactions,the supervision of foreign exchange capital to banks is very important.Under the background of globalization,the rapid development of Internet banking,and the foreign exchange trading volume of explosive growth,how to optimize the performance of the foreign exchange capital supervision system,to complete the processing of bank's own foreign exchange capital project supervision report from massive data,and meet the timeliness requirements of the SAFE,has become an important issue to commercial banks.Based on the Bank Of China foreign exchange capital supervision system,the thesis firstly introduces the background,current status of foreign exchange capital supervision system,including the overall structure and the supervision demand,builds the foundation for system performance optimization.Then describes the current problems of the system,which is also the research content of this thesis.The database system optimization is subdivided into four stages,which is hardware configuration,database selection,database design and SQL optimization,with comprehensive consideration,this thesis puts forward the optimization methods starting from the database design level and database statement level.One is the improvement of the database design to foreign exchange capital supervision system based on ORACLE: Based on ODS,DW and TD layer,add INC layer which is the incremental list;Secondly,with system log and batch operation status,using both ORACLE built-in optimization tool and manual analysis,to locate the system short board,search the inefficient SQL,analysis and give the optimization scheme for them.Aimed at the database hierarchical design optimization,the ODS layer preserves current day's data,DW layer preserves the full amount of data,INC layer stores the key of changed data,By associating INC and DW layer to generate report data,just save changed data in the TD layer,this method can not only meet the regulatory reporting requirements,but also reduce the amount of data to be submitted.At the same time,some of the workload is moved to the INC layer,first come first processing,reduce the waiting time for system dependence;Aimed at the database SQL statement optimization,starting from the index,partition and featured business SQL three aspects: according to the system characteristics and the usage feedback to establish some appropriate index,according to the business scene to establish the list partition,hash partition and range partition,reduce search response time,optimize the time-consuming featured business with examples,reduce the system short board effect,improve the overall database performance.Finally,the optimized system performance was evaluated by comparing before and after optimization,it is verified that the obtained optimization scheme is reasonable and effective,but because of the commercial banking system environment and different implementation techniques,the final system optimization effect may be different.In this thesis,the performance of the foreign exchange capital supervision system is improved by the hierarchical design of the database and the optimization of the database statements,which meets the requirements of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange timeline.This optimization scheme can be used for reference in the construction and optimization of similar foreign exchange supervision system for financial institutions.
