| With the increasing popularity of artificial intelligence,capital markets,enterprises and academia have increased their investment in the application of artificial intelligence industrialization,and the market potential space will be further accelerated.In this situation,different enterprises realize the industrialization of artificial intelligence in different ways according to their advantages.Iflytek,a leading company in the field of voice technology,has continuously introduced new artificial intelligence products.The leading company in the security industry,Hikvision,has seized the opportunity of artificial intelligence in the security field and put forward the concept of “AI+ ” in the security industry.The frequent actions of these two companies in the field of artificial intelligence have caused great concern and discussion.This paper studies two case companies and finds that with its key technology in the field of artificial intelligence,Iflytek enters into various industries to build artificial intelligence application products and realize the industrialization of artificial intelligence;while Hikvision already has a mature industrial chain,in order to upgrade products and improve competitiveness of enterprises,artificial intelligence technology and existing products are combined to realize the industrialization of artificial intelligence.This paper summarizes the operation process of AI industrialization in two enterprises,and puts forward two AI industrialization paths,namely "AI + industry" and "industry + AI".The paper also compares the performance after the industrialization of AI between Iflytek and Hikvision from two aspects of financial indicators and innovation indicators.Through the comparative study of different AI industrialization paths and their performances,we find and summarize the problems in the process of AI industrialization,in order to provide reference for other listed companies that are ready to industrialize AI. |
