Balance ability is an important physiological function of the human body and an important indicator for measuring the motor function of the human body.It is one of the essential basic functions of daily life, labor, work and exercise. So it plays an irreplaceable role in maintaining the normal posture and physiological activities of the human body.Factors such as aging, stroke, and physical disability can lead to muscle dysfunction, while muscle dysfunction and weak core strength can lead to poor balance performance, which ultimately leads to incorrect walking posture, sports injuries and falls. So,early prediction of balance disequilibrium and improvement of balance ability can effectively prevent the fall of the elderly. Therefore, this dissertation provides a system and method that can detect the dynamic balance of the human body. The self-developed wearable distributed plantar pressure insole and the independently designed Kinect interactive game are used to evaluate the balance of the human body. This dissertation uses the Tekscan pressure measurement system to verify the static and dynamic functions of the self-developed wearable distributed plantar pressure insole.Through the analysis of the test results,it is proved that the pressure insole has good reliability and effectiveness, meets the subsequent experimental requirements. At the same time, this dissertation designed a Kinect somatosensory interactive game to guide the subject to control the posture autonomously.Kinect sensor is used to obtain the posture and amplitude of the limb movement.Kinect captures the specific points of the limb to determine the node coordinates, and evaluates the matching degree between the actual movement and the preset movement. Finally, high sensitivity and quantitative human body balance assessment system is proposed based on the wearable distributed plantar pressure insole and Kinect interactive game.Using the proposed human body dynamics quantitative assessment system, this dissertation assess the balance of 12 healthy volunteers and 4 young people with sports injuries. The system can measure the difference in balance ability of 16 volunteers. The result proves that the normal youth and people with sports injuries have a significant difference in balance. The system's innovative combination of wearable plantar pressure equipment and Kinect provides a balanced detection system that is fun, motivating, subjective to user's subjective action and unconstrained by equipment.Based on the system, the balance detection and evaluation method based on the subject's own situation is proposed creatively, which avoids the impact of individual differences.Considering that there are few studies on lateral falls, this dissertation proposes a method for detecting human lateral fall based on plantar pressure. In addition, the differences in gait data between patients and normal people are compared and analyzed, and a simple classification study is conducted.
