With the development of the new media era,the theory of "use and satisfaction" has been given different connotations and interpretations.Based on the theory of "use and satisfaction",this paper combines the latest media WeChat,and takes the Game WeChat Mini program as the main research object.Through the questionnaire survey,analyzing the user's use and satisfaction of the Game WeChat Mini program.This paper first lays a theoretical foundation for the research by combing the research results of predecessors,and gradually establishes the research framework and model of the article.Then introduced the development of Game WeChat Mini program.In the following research,the empirical research methods of questionnaires were distributed to explore the motivations,usage behaviors,usage attitudes and satisfactions of users using the Game WeChat Mini program.And then raised four questions and nine hypotheses.Satisfaction,in turn,raised four questions and nine hypotheses.It mainly includes the relationship between population variables and users' motivations;the relationship between motivation and use behavior;the relationship between behavior and use attitude;and the related factors of satisfaction.The study found that the user's use of the game-based WeChat Mini program can be divided into three motives: game motivation,social motivation and entertainment motivation.Users with different academic qualifications have significant differences in their motivations for use.There is a significant correlation between motivation and use behavior.The use behavior is also significantly correlated with the use attitude.The motivation for use,the duration of use in use behavior,and the attitude of use all have a significant impact on satisfactions.According to the conclusions of the analysis,this paper also concludes that the game-based WeChat Mini program has problems such as chaotic management system and serious content homogeneity in the user's use.And through further analysis of the reasons,to propose relevant solutions.This study supplements the application of "use and satisfaction" theory in social mobile games,and has certain guiding significance for how such applications embedded in mobile social can improve user satisfaction.
