With the rapid development of society and the rapid development of science and technology,academic papers have gradually become the information carrier of the latest scientific and technological knowledge.Although more and more academic papers are being sent to various conferences,the submission review process is an indispensable part.This project is based on the developed international academic conference comprehensive service platform.The academic conference submission system has been designed and developed from the requirements research analysis to the system testing and maintenance.The aim is to provide a comprehensive academic conference service platform.This paper innovatively proposes the PC Member recommendation algorithm based on XGBOOST.According to a series of indicators between scholars and conference series,including the scholar's H-index and domain similarity,it recommends PC Member for the conference series to ensure users can publish the papers in this system.After the notice,if the system is used for the manuscript,the call for papers will be opened and the PC Member team will be formed.At the same time,how to effectively distribute the submitted manuscripts to the PC Member is also one of the algorithms studied in this paper.Firstly,based on the LDA model,the abstracts of core papers of the PC Members and the pending paper are calculated,and the corresponding topic-vocabulary probability distribution is obtained.Then,using KL divergence to calculate the similarity between the subject-vocabulary probability distribution of PC Member and the topic-vocabulary probability distribution of the pending paper,and the calculated value is used as the matching weight of PC Member and pending paper in the paper distribution algorithm.The dynamic paper assignment algorithm is implemented by 0-1 integer linear programming.This paper stipulates that the number of papers to be reviewed by each PC Member shall not exceed the specified value,and the number of trials of each paper to be reviewed shall be equal to the specified value.According to the corresponding constraint matrix and inequality constraint matrix,we will obtain a reasonable distribution matrix by calculating the function.Finally,based on the Microsoft dataset,this paper implements the proposed PC Member recommendation algorithm and automated paper assignment algorithm,and implements a academic conference submission system including PC Member recommendation,submission,dynamic distribution of manuscripts and online review and other services for academic conferences.
