In the current context of the Internet of Things,manufacturing enterprises have been transforming from product delivery to service delivery.Relying on the Internet of Things,remote monitoring technology emerges as its key technology and is widely used iin manufacturing industry.With the service transformation of manufacturing enterprises,manufacturing enterprises have relied on remote monitoring technology to provide customers with remote monitoring services.A.s an extension of product service,through data collection and operation monitoring of customer products,timely product operation and maintenance services are provided to bring value to customers and improve customer product satisfaction.However,at present,scholars at home and abroad lack of research on the pricing of remote monitoring services,and the pricing research based on the responsiveness of remote monitor-ing services is even less,which can not provide pricing basis for service enterprises to carry out remote monitoring services.Therefore,the pricing problem of remote monitoring service considering response time is still a practical problem to be solved by remote monitoring service providers.In this paper,the pricing of remote monitoring service considering response time in different market environ,ments is studied by using the theories of relmote monitor-ing service,service pricing,non-linear dynamics theory and game theory.Firstly,by consulting the literature,the related theories of manufacturing service,remote monitoring service and service pricing are sorted out and summarized.Secondly,the service characteristics and service processes of remote monitoring service are studied in depth.According to the operation and maintenance links in the service process,the basis of describing service responsiveness by response time is proposed.The response time is divided into downtime waiting time and on-site service time.The pricing of remote monitoring service in monopoly market and oligopoly market is studied by introducing penalty mechanism.In the multi-oligopoly market,static game and adaptive decision-making are discussed.Then the conclusion of this paper is drawn through numerical simulation and matlab simulation analysis.Finally,the conclusions of this study are summarized,and the corresponding management enlightenment is drawn.In this paper,the pricing model of remote monitoring service and related research,conclusions based on response time are proposed,which broadens the current research perspective of domestic and foreign scholars on pricing of remote monitoring service,makes up for the gap of related research on pricing of remote monitoring service,divides response time into downtime waiting time and on-site service time,and deepens the research on pricing of remote monitoring service based on response time.It provides a reference and basis for the implementation of remote monitoring service pricing in service-oriented enterprises.
