With the application of the network penetrating into all aspects of life,the network has become a nerve hub which is heavily depended on in the information age.Network operation situation describes the current state and changing trend of the whole network from a macro perspective.Real-time control of network operation and scientific analysis of network status and trends are important prerequisites for network management and control.It is an important means to ensure the normal operation of the network to design the adjustment and optimization methods of network resources according to the operation situation of the network,and to start the corresponding adjustment strategy of network resources in time when the situation deterioratesThe adjustment and optimization of network resources are closely related to the network situation,which reflects the overall utilization of network resources,while the adjustment of network resources affects the network operation situation.By borrowing the relevant information of network situation,we can manage and adjust the network timely and effectively,so as to make better use of network resources,service network services and improve the network operation situation.The weakness of traditional network resource adjustment and optimization methods lies in the ability of network operation management and control,the lack of understanding of the overall situation of the network and the evaluation of the network operation situation,the goal of optimizing and adjusting network resources is often limited to one aspect of the network,and the lack of adjusting and optimizing network resources from the overall perspective of the network.The optimization and adjustment of network resources based on network operation situation requires that on the basis of situation analysis,network resources are optimized and adjusted according to operation situation,and response disposal scheme is generated in real time.This thesis studies the optimization and adjustment technology of network resources based on network operation situation.The main research contents are as follows.(1)Network operation situation assessment.This thesis evaluates the network operation situation from the perspective of network traffic.The result of situation assessment reflects the overall operation status and development trend of network performance in the process of network operation.In the evaluation process,firstly,the network operation situation awareness model and operation situation assessment index system are designed.Situation assessment model and evaluation index system are the important premise for situation assessment.Then,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the operation situation of each end-to-end traffic flow in the network.The operation situation of the whole network can be obtained by weighted summation of the situation assessment value of the traffic flow and the weight of the traffic flow.(2)Network resource optimization and adjustment methods.In this thesis,a method of network resource adjustment and optimization is proposed,which aims at optimizing the network operation situation.Firstly,this method establishes network resource and network service model,uses queuing network and queuing system knowledge to solve multiple optimization objectives of the network,and transforms multiple optimization objectives into network operation situation through fuzzy evaluation method.This thesis optimizes the network resources by adjusting the link weight in the network,and finds the optimal link weight setting through improved genetic algorithm to improve the network operation situation.
