Long Term Evolution(LTE)technology,as the mainstream protocol of current communication,has been very mature at present.It has been applied in daily communication,national defense security,artificial intelligence and other fields.As a new type of small base station system developed on this field and for the current social needs,the portable micro-lte private network base station system has been widely used in some specific scenarios.This thesis completed the initial access terminal design of network side RRC(Radio Resource Control)layer,terminal identification and authentication relay technology design,which based on the special small basestation private network base station applied to the special using field,Successful completion of UE identity information identification and has been applied to the actual scene;The abstract communication model of authentication relay is built and the feasibility of authentication relay system is verified.The main tasks are as the following points:1.According to the 3GPP protocol standard,this thesis summarizes the dedicated small base station system,analyzes the key technologies of network side access,and on the basis of the research on terminal access,conducts relevant research on the acquisition of terminal identity information on the network side.2.The access of the RRC layer design has carried on the detailed design,according to the overall function analysis,gives the whole terminal initial access implementation process,it can be divided into core module and interface module,for each module on the basis of further subdivision for many times,are also given for each key module design,variable definition and function realization,and gives the initial access to the network side terminal overall process,analyzes in detail the network side is responsible for the cell configuration,paging,and UE connection.3.Analyzed the special small basestation applied to the specific needs of public security net,according to the access layer signaling theory foundation,completed the use of terminal choose a location update request to private network base station,the network side for UE IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity)design and implementation of the process,and on this basis to further study the authentication process,using the relay technology combined with the authentication process designed special small basestation authentication relay theory,It provides some reference value for the private network base station to obtain more UE information.4.Based on the combination of hardware platform and software platform,a corresponding test scheme is designed for the initial access function of the base station and the function of obtaining user identity information,and the test results are given to verify the feasibility of the design.Finally,this paper summarizes the existing problems and shortcomings of the work part,and puts forward the parts that can be improved in the future.
