At present,the actual performance of infrared focal plane detectors in our country lags behind that of developed countries in the West.During the difficult and long process of improving the detector performance,the non-uniformity correction technology has a great influence on the application and popularization of the domestic infrared focal plane detectors However,the widely used scaling-based non-uniformity correction algorithms in practical engineering must be calibrated on a regular basis and can not meet the requirements of maintenance-free.In this thesis,the non-uniform correction technology of infrared imaging system is taken as the research content.The technology of non-uniform correction of infrared imaging system is researched based on the development of infrared imaging system.The function and composition of infrared imaging system,Definition,the reason of non-uniform infrared imaging system and the measurement method of inhomogeneity.The program design and simulation analysis of two-point calibration method,time-domain high-pass filter method and non-uniform correction algorithm based on neural network are deeply analyzed.The combination of the advantages of the three algorithms,the non-uniform correction method and the algorithm parameters set by the program simulation show that the correction effect of the combined non-uniform correction method is superior to the two-point correction method which is independently used,the high-pass filtering in the time domain,Network calibration of non-uniform correction effect,the actual infrared imaging system for the combination of non-uniform correction method of correction test results show that the combination of non-uniform correction method without the use of reference sources can effectively correct the infrared The calibration coefficient of the calibration system before the imaging system can reduce the infrared The system relies on the maintenance reference source.
