Industrial interconnection is a concept developed on the basis of the Internet of Things.It is the application of Internet of Things technology in the industrial and manufacturing fields.Industrial interconnection technology integrates multiple disciplines,including wireless sensor networks,embedded systems,networking technologies,data mining and other fields.This article relies on the intelligent transformation of production in a famous brewing workshop,and builds intelligence.The koji-perception monitoring network senses the process parameters of the koji production process in real time.Based on this,the data mining technology is used comprehensively to extract the effective information,and then the online monitoring of the koji production process is realized.The main research contents include the following aspects:(1)Research on key process parameter information mining in the process of koji production: Firstly,the status quo of some process parameters in the koji production process is analyzed by the wheat softness rate.The detection time is long and the information transmission is not timely;then By reviewing the relevant literatures,the wheat softness rate research results are summarized,the factors affecting the softness rate of wheat are analyzed,and the data mining method is used to predict the softness rate of wheat,and the feasibility analysis is carried out.The data mining methods are compared,and the neural network is selected as the data mining method.Finally,the fully connected neural network,the conventional cyclic neural network and the LSTM neural network model are established.Through comparative analysis experiments,the LSTM neural network processes time series data(wheat There is a clear advantage in terms of softness rate,which verifies the feasibility of using neural networks to predict wheat softness.(2)The construction of the tamper-aware monitoring network and the design of key networking nodes: Firstly,the monitoring network structure of the entire koji workshop was designed for the complex and varied production environment and process flow of the koji workshop,using a hierarchical Network architecture;on this basis,it focuses on the node deployment and deployment strategy of the koji monitoring network,and designs the data encapsulation format.Then an intelligent aggregation gateway based on embedded real-time operating system ?C/OS is designed as an important networking module in the construction of tamper-monitoring network,which realizes data aggregation and forwarding.Then,the temperature and humidity sensing node of the curved room is carried out.Hardware framework and software function design;finally completed the construction of the tamper monitoring network and conducted connectivity testing.(3)Software design and deployment of koji perception monitoring system: Firstly,the overall software architecture was designed,and the B/S three-layer architecture was adopted.Then the functional modules of the software were designed according to the production requirements of the koji workshop: Data Visualization,history query,personnel and equipment management;then the production database was designed and built,including database concept design and logic design.The deployment of the entire koji monitoring system was finally completed.
