The Design And Implementation Of CBR-Based Property Dispute Trial Support System

Marriage contract is a system widely implemented in our traditional society.Since the Zhou Dynasty,six rituals have to be followed when making a marriage.Among them,lottery is the act of paying lottery gifts in the present society.Although the Marriage Law promulgated since the founding of the People's Republic of China and the related judicial interpretation of marriage have explicitly prohibited the act of taking property or buying and selling marriage in the process of marriage establishment,the act of giving gifts to women by the man in the process of marriage establishment and the act of giving gifts by the woman in the form of dowry will not be prohibited.However,property disputes occur from time to time in this process.Due to the lack of relevant laws and regulations,there are differences in the relevant customs in different places,resulting in different courts and judge's judgments on similar cases of marital property disputes are inconsistent or even quite different.Therefore,combining with the frontier theory and technology,a case-based reasoning-based property disputes trial support system is proposed,which is of great significance to solve the unfairness in the trial of marriage property disputes cases,reduce the workload of legal workers and promote the construction of intelligent courts.According to the functional requirements of the trial support system,after consulting a large number of domestic and foreign research materials,this thesis determines to use CBR technology to construct the case support model.In order to solve the difficulties in case reuse and modification,an algorithm for property entity extraction of marriage Dispute Adjudication documents is proposed.The algorithm can quickly extract the property entities involved in the marriage contract dispute adjudication documents.With this as the support,this thesis successfully constructs a CBR-based trial support result generation model for property disputes over engagement and finally realizes the trial support system.The system takes a large number of judgment documents as data by crawler,and extracts the key information of judgment documents through data cleaning and processing for storage,and extracts the corresponding property entities through entity extraction module.Service module generates support results by searching similar cases and generating model based on trial support results,realizes the function of providing auxiliary judgment to users.Each module of the system has clear division of labor,stable operation and normal functions.It successfully passes various tests for the system,and achieves the expected design requirements.
