The foot is the foundation of our body.It is the part where the meridians are concentrated.It is the most densely distributed part of the blood vessels and nerves in the human body,and it is also the most burdensome part of the human body.The role of shoes is to protect the feet,the shoes are not directly related to the health of the human body.With the improvement of people's consumption level and quality of life in recent years,people pay more and more attention to the importance of shoes.There are differences in the size and shape of human feet.Shoes made according to traditional data have gradually failed to meet people's needs.Traditional manual measurements are simple and accurate.However,the efficiency is low,and there are some differences in the dimensions measured by different surveyors.Therefore,it is important to quickly and accurately measure the various parameters of the human foot.In this paper,the Kinect sensor is deployed around the foot to collect image data to build a foot-type measurement system,and according to the relevant algorithm,the foot-shaped three-dimensional model is reconstructed,and then the size information of each part of the foot is obtained.The main work and results of this paper are as follows:1.A three-dimensional measurement system is built by constructing a Kinect sensor around the foot shape,and the built-in system is subjected to camera calibration and correction.2.The image data is acquired by the measurement system,and the acquired image is filtered.By comparing different filtering algorithms,the most suitable filtering algorithm is selected,and the image hollow hole is repaired and the background filtering is processed,and the processed image is extracted three-dimensionally.Point cloud data.3.The common feature point detection algorithms are compared,the SURF algorithm with better effect is selected,and the 64-dimensional feature vector is generated,and then the feature point matching algorithm is improved and applied to the feature point matching.Finally,the ICP algorithm is used to perform point cloud stitching and reconstructed.The foot type 3D model acquires the foot shape parameters through the 3D model.4.Based on the method of this paper,the three-dimensional reconstruction of real human feet and measurement of various parameters show that the proposed method can quickly reconstruct the three-dimensional foot shape and accurately obtain the parameters of each part of the foot.
