With the popularization of network technology,all walks of life are developing toward informatization.In the laboratory management of colleges and universities,the traditional operation method is mainly combined with the teaching management method of the school as a means to achieve artificial appointment and control.This is not only less efficient,but also prone to artificial mistakes.Therefore,how to effectively implement laboratory management has become an urgent problem that seeks a resolution.Using cloud platform technology as the research object,this paper studies the information management of laboratories.The main tasks include:In order to ensure the requirements of laboratory information management while also considering the convenience of utilizing and storing system data,this paper proposes a university laboratory management system based on cloud computing.Firstly,the feasibility of developing the laboratory management system is analyzed.Through applying the modeling analysis of the system users,the equipment information management requirements,experimental management requirements,laboratory management requirements,and system management requirements in the laboratory management system,are all described in detail.At the same time,the non-functional requirements such as reliability and ease of use of the laboratory management system are also described.Second,cloud technology is used to design the system cloud platform architecture,while cloud gateways are also deployed.The bottom of the system consists of a Hadoop cloud storage environment that utilizes the HDFS file system to store data.The system database is designed in detail from the physical architecture as well as the logical architecture.It is notable that the setting of cloud resource parameters provides support to the laboratory cloud resource management.In order to enhance the usability of the system,this paper designs system-related cloud functions and realizes the underlying implementation of cloud storage services.These services include storage encapsulation of HADOOP HDFS,storage service management based on user groups,access control,and identity authentication mechanisms.The system provides a unified verification of the access Hadoop system based on actual needs.Additionally,it also designs a user group-based identity authentication mechanism and an access directory based access authenticationmechanism,and assigns users to renter-based user groups.Access directories and permissions are divided by user group administrators.Several user accounts of the same tenant can establish different access rights as a means to improve access control and security access to Hadoop.Finally,this paper tests the laboratory management system in detail through LOADRUNNER software.The results reflect that the system meets the requirements in both function and performance,and can run safely and steadily.The offline test indicates that the system can reasonably allocate laboratory resources,realize the information management of experimental equipment,and effectively improve the management level of the school.
