Design And Implementation Of Tax Mobile Office System Based On Android Platform

With the development of mobile communication technology,China wireless networks such as 3G/4G is developing rapidly and mobile intelligent terminal is rapidly popularized.In this background,the efficient and convenient mobile working mode of wireless communication network and unlimited by time or space are growing fast.The development of mobile Internet has also changed the way of government provides information and services for the public.The State Administration of Taxation has proposed the plan of "Internet + mobile office" in the national tax system,so as to meet the needs of tax department staff to get information conveniently and handle public affairs in time.At present,the daily office system used by Guilin taxation department is based on PC platform which is difficult to meet the demands of modern taxation employees to obtain information quickly and conveniently and to handle official business in time.Therefore,developing A Tax Mobile Office System to achieve the goal of "Internet + mobile office" of Guilin tax department is significant.According to the mobile office requirement of Guilin Tax Service,this paper designs and develops an office automation system based on mobile intelligent terminal through Android platform.The system uses 3G/4G and WIFI wireless networks through smart phones,tablet computers and other mobile intelligent terminals to exchange information with the internal office application platform of the tax department under the premise of information security,so that tax field staff can get emergency notifications timely and conveniently,process documents efficiently and applying the approval so that to improve the efficiency and quality of tax work.This paper first expounds the background and significance of the research,and introduces the research and application of mobile office at home and abroad.Secondly,explains the main reasons for using Android as the development platform,and expounds the details of the related technologies,including Android system architecture and its application components,MVC design patterns.Thirdly,collecting and analyzing the demand of Guilin tax department for mobile office system and giving the use case diagram of each functional module of the system.Fourthly,Design the overall architecture,network and logical architecture of the system.In the meantime this paper designs the full details of major functional modules and the data interaction between client and server.and The majorfunctional modules of the system,data interaction between client and server and message push mechanism are designed in detail.At last,this system based on Android which is programmed by JAVA language experienced the function,performance and installation or unloading test to ensure the requirements of function and performance to customers.Through verification,the tax mobile office system based on Android platform meets the needs of efficient and mobile office of Guilin tax department,and can effectively improve office efficiency.
