With the development of the global economic and the acceleration of the industrial informatization process,realizing the price monitoring analysis through the information means has become one of important measures which can help the government to grasp the situation of economic operation,understand market changes,enhance macro-control,and strengthen the scientificity,effectiveness and foreseeability of the price monitoring,control and decision-making.In this trend,in the face of the old information systems which are lack of the standard,poor scalability,and shortage of performance and functionality,starting from the actual business requirements,Beijing price monitoring center prepare to build a set of price monitoring and consultation information system which can make collecting processing,analysis and warming,information release as one.The system is designed in consultation with the focus on the construction of flexible and extensible software architecture style,meet the changeable frequency and source of price data acquisition task,support multidimensional query,temporary analysis and data reporting requirements.Design a module to the implementation of price information sharing.These problems and solutions encountered in the construction of these systems are summarized in the paper.This paper induces and summarizes the whole process of the design and implementation of price monitoring consultation system.First introduce the arrangement and optimization of business processes,the core business is divided into four interrelated business modules include planning and management,data collection,monitoring and analysis.Describes the research and analysis of the system functional requirements and non functional requirements.Secondly,it introduces the application framework,technical framework and deployment mode of the system,and describes the detailed functional design of each module.Thirdly,it introduces how to complete the technical of the system according to the system design,and how to develop the two modules of realizing the planning and management and data collection by SSH application framework,and how to use the SAP BusinessObjects business intelligence products to realize the query and analysis of the price monitoring data,and the realization of internal price information dissemination and sharing by using CMS product。Each module data were managed by Oracle database.Finally,this paper introduces how to build a test environment,write and execute test cases,and test the system from the aspects of function,performance,security and so on,so as to improve the robustness and security of the system.After the actual operation of on-line inspection,the construction and application of the price monitoring and consultation information system has greatly improved the efficiency of data collection,enhance data query and analysis service capabilities,expand the information sharing channel.So as to achieve the goal of improving the government's macro control and quick response to the market,and providing a more scientific and authoritative decision-making reference for the government's price supervision and regulation.
