Expert System For Assistant Innovation Design Based On Flow Analysis

With the advent of the age of knowledge economy,Product innovation based on knowledge has become the key to improve then innovation ability and the core competitiveness of enterprises.At present,there is no quick and direct solution for product innovation.Computer-aided Innovation(CAI)is based on the theory of TRIZ to combine the knowledge of many fields,providing designers with an innovative tool for problem analysis and solution,which is conducive to the knowledge acquisition and knowledge utilization of designers."Flow" is a kind of method to analyze and solve problems in the modern innovation theory TRIZ.At present,the computer aided innovation software lacks the solving process of stream type problem,or the use of flow template is too complicated.In knowledge retrieval,they support keyword search and function search,but do not support knowledge retrieval of stream type problem,And the quality of knowledge retrieval and application efficiency is not high.Aiming at the current situation of CAI software,this paper studies the process of product innovation from the perspective of expert system,and proposes a new assistant design model based on flow analysis.Based on the research of reasoning technology of expert system and the domain specificity of product innovation,rule-based reasoning process is designed.The rule base,knowledge base and reasoning strategy related to reasoning are also studied.Based on the analysis of flow problems,this paper proposes an expression model of the flow problem of OPA.On this basis,a patent matching algorithm based on the similarity of flow problem is proposed.The matching algorithm combines the knowledge network and the vector space model,The similarity of the problem is computed and the accuracy of patent knowledge retrieval is improved.Finally,the expert system of assistant innovation design based on flow analysis is realized.Taking the solar cell as an example,it proves that the system has strong domain and practicability in product innovation analysis and solution.
