Rehabilitation training is a necessary therapeutic process for people suffer from motor dysfunction,and plays a very important role in the treatment of upper extremity motor function disorder.At present,the rehabilitation training for patients with upper extremity motor function disorder is generally a manual instruction,which has problems with the limitations of personnel and site resource,boring training process,and the difficulties recording and managing training data.To solve these problems,it is necessary to set up a rehabilitation training systems that can do autonomous trainings and records searchable data in detail with high interest.Based on the above background,this thesis presents a design scheme of upper limb rehabilitation training system based on Kinect,which satisfies all the requirements and has great use value.The main research contents include Kinect-based motion data acquisition,motion matching with upper limb posture,3D simulation of upper limb movement,design and implementation of rehabilitation training software and training data management system.Firstly,we analyzed requirements of the upper limb rehabilitation training system.We designed the architectural model of the system,determined the structure of the system,set up specific functions and confirmed the plan.Then we studied in key technologies of motion matching and 3D simulation,proposed to use the coordinate data of the skeletal joints collected by Kinect to calculate the upper limb vector as a feature,and introduced the gesture matching,action matching,three-dimensional simulation program based on this feature.We also concerned adding threshold qualification aimed on the action-matching DTW algorithm to improve the algorithm more suitable for our system.Finally,we developed the Kinect-based upper limb rehabilitation training system and completed the development of the PC-based rehabilitation software and the training data management system based on the SSM framework.Development work includes PC-side software rehabilitation training,rehabilitation games,3D simulation,data acquisition function development,and data management system database construction,background server building,management system website development.Tests have shown that our Kinect-based upper limb rehabilitation training system has the advantages of low cost,high interest,easy data storage and inquiry,which satisfy the needs of upper extremity motor function disorder patients and rehabilitation coaches.The system is stable in operation and has high practical application value,providing an ideal choice for rehabilitation trainers.
