Nowadays, wireless communication is developing by leaps and bounds. The rapid increase in the number of cellular network's users also makes the demand for wireless data service increases day by day. However,as a scarce and non-renewable public resource, the spectrum resource is in scarcity. It is far from enough to construct a wireless network with only one networking method or one kind of access technology. Therefore, the future cellular network architecture will be a dense deployment of networks. The deployment of the low power nodes in a macrocell can effectively increase the network capacity and improve the network performance. As a kind of short-distance direct communication technology,D2 D communication has the advantages of reducing the time delay, saving the energy, reducing the macrocell base station's load, etc.,and has become one of the key communication technologies. At the same time, the use of the economic methods to solve the problem of wireless communication system has become a research hotspot in recent years. In addition, the auction theory,as an important branch of economics, has attracted the attention of many scholars due to its good efficiency and fairness. This thesis chooses the allocation of resource in the multi-layer heterogeneous network system as the research subject. The multilayer heterogeneous network communication scenario consisted of the macrocell,Small Cell and D2 D devices.Based on the relevant knowledge of auction theory, two innovative resource allocation algorithms are proposed,in order to improve the system performance. The details are as follows:1.For the downlink transmission scenario of multilayer heterogeneous network communication, this thesis proposes a spectrum resource allocation algorithm based on the auction theory. The macrocell users who own spectrum resources are regarded as the buyers, and the user sets which are composed of the Small Cell users and D2 D communication users are thought of as the goods under the hammer and the macrocell base station are considered as the auction manager. In the buyer's bidding model for each set of users, the linear price update method is adopted.Through assigning the appropriate set of users to the macrocell users, the interference can be reduced and the overall performance gain of the network can be enhanced at the same time. Finally, the simulation proves that the algorithm can greatly improve the system's sum rate. The performance, which has also been proved by the simulation,is superior to the random allocation algorithm and approches the optimal exhaustive method.2.For the uplink transmission scenario of multilayer heterogeneous network communication,a channel resource allocation scheme combined with power control is proposed. The Peukert's law is cited to study the discharge time of users' battery, and the D2 D users are the buyers, with the sets of Macro-Small Cell network's channel resource as the auctioned items. An auction model is established to measure the system performance by taking the amount of data that can be sent within the user's battery life as the index, and calculate the optimal transmission power of D2 D users on each channel. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the inter-user interference and reduce the system power consumption.
