With the rapid development of China's economy,the scale of China's banking industry continues to expand,and bank outlets are gradually distributed in every corner of China's urban and rural areas.However,the services of bank outlets currently consist of artificial window services and lobby self-service equipment.Self-service equipment has a single function,poor user interaction experience,and low intelligence,and cannot effectively improve the efficiency and experience of banking services.Therefore,this paper designs and implements a bank service robot system with a reasonable system architecture,modular interfaces,and advanced man-machine interaction technology.It intelligently acquires and records customer information through the integrated use of various artificial intelligence technologies such as face recognition and voice interaction.We provide customers with a variety of services such as welcome reception,consultation and answering questions,product marketing and business processing,which helps banks strengthen communication and contact with customers and improve the service efficiency and experience of banks.The main research and development work of this article includes: 1)Perform demand analysis based on the application scenarios of the bank service robot system, including functional and non-functional requirements analysis,and use case modeling.2)The overall design of the robot system,the use of MVVM(Model-View-View Model)styledesign software architecture,and detailed design of face recognition,voice interaction, business processing,configuration management and other core modules.Among them,based on WebService system integration technology to achieve face recognition and voice interaction.3)Reasonable packaging of service interfaces such as face recognition,speech recognition,and speech synthesis provided by third parties based on the banking business process.Considering the principle of high cohesion,low coupling,and single responsibility for system design,and multi-process systems because each process is independent of each other,it does not affect the stability of the main program.Even if a single process crashes,it will not affect the entire program,but also increase the number of The CPU can easily expand performance and other advantages.It encapsulates face recognition and speech interaction related interfaces into independent processes to ensure the reliability and scalability of the system.4)Perform functional tests,performance tests,reliability tests,and ease-of-use tests on bank service robot systems.At present,the system has been operating on Guilin Bank for six months, and the customer traffic has increased significantly compared with that before the launch.The queuing phenomenon has been greatly reduced.The average business processing time of customers has been reduced from the ten minutes before the system went online to the current six minutes.Product sales increased by 30 percent compared with the same period of last year.
