The current era is an era of rapid information transmission. The development of the Internet and mobile Internet has made the information dissemination unimpeded and the world more and more flat. The ubiquitous Internet connects more people and things, and brings brand-new changes to the relationship between people and society. The popularity and application of smart phones, tablet computers and wearable devices have changed people's living habits and media consumption patterns, which has created individuals with extensive mobile communication. The "mobility" makes people and media become one,and media become an extension of the human body. The rise of mobile communication has also changed the pattern of communication, reshaped the relationship between time and space, and ushered in a new era of scenes. In the current context, the human senses are deeply stimulated.Compared with the visual culture, which has occupied the dominant position for a long time under the influence of rationalism, the sound culture, which is closer to people's emotions, has been neglected for a long time and has gradually highlighted its importance. From the prosperity of audio-visual products such as audio books and audio payment,to the popularity of virtual intelligent voice assistants such as siri, bixbi, and contana,to the sound marketing that major brands have paid attention to,and then to trend of the new audio-visual culture which was started by Tic Tok,Voice link, and live broadcasts, all reveal the return of the sound value and the rise of Sound culture in the current context.Based on such a technological and social background, the author,on the theoretical basis of the Media Ecology, investigates how the emergence of new auditory media forms a new use environment ?construct a new space-time relationship and promote the construction of identity and social relations, what representations and dilemmas exist in the current auditory culture, and how to surpass them.Through literature research, text analysis and in-depth interviews, the study aims to explore the current situation of auditory culture. The author finds that in the era of mobile communication, auditory culture has some brand new representations. The development of technology enriches people's auditory experience and brings more convenience, entertainment and pleasure to daily life. The structure of auditory space is becoming more and more complex.People complete self-identity shaping in sound consumption and remold auditory communities in virtual or practical ways.It can be seen that everyone living in modern society has more choices and identities than those living in traditional auditory communities.Mobile intelligent terminal makes it possible for us to establish private auditory space, make full use of "intermediate time" and "intermediate space",and produce the conversion and blending of personal space and public space. The auditory culture in the mobile communication era is characterized by time fragmentation, virtualization, coexistence of popular culture and sub-culture,interaction and openness. But at the same time, due to the background of consumer society and the development of sound technology,a variety of voice content is full of people's ears, blindly catering to people's desires, which also has a negative impact on the auditory subject and society, thus highlighting the plight of auditory culture. To overcome these difficulties, let the auditory culture develop in a healthy and beneficial direction, and form a rich and beneficial auditory media environment for people's sensory, physical and mental balance is the proper meaning of media and cultural research.
